How did you get started in your career? What path did you take to get to your current position?

Ashleigh Owens: I started in the recruiting space, landing a role with a firm managing our highest volume/largest clients. After helping that client source roles for a few years, they hired me onto their HR team as an HR generalist. These were the early days of my HR career, and I was learning fast on the job!

 

What trends are you anticipating in the HR case management/investigations space?

AO: Automation and AI are here to stay. I envision both as partners to help HR reimagine the industry, to innovate and focus on operational excellence. The same holds true in the Case IQ space; best in class tools, templates, and AI are essential.
