Neil Ritchie

Chief Revenue Officer

Neil Ritchie started his time at Case IQ as a Business Development Representative in 2014. He quickly climbed the ranks, serving the company as an Account Executive, Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Director of Sales, and VP of Sales, being promoted to Chief Revenue Officer in 2024.

Day to day, Neil cultivates customer relationships and supports the entire sales organization with customer demonstrations, contract negotiation, training, and account management. His focus is on growing the company’s customer base through new sales and ensuring customers are successful and happy with their Case IQ solution.

When it comes to his achievements at Case IQ, Neil is proudest of the growth he’s seen in the sales team as they continue to grow and support new organizations. “I am incredibly proud of our sales team.  2021 was a very special year for us, doubling our best sales year in 20+ years. Customer’s use of our Case IQ system has never been more impactful and is helping organizations reduce risk, create better workforce culture, and make data driven decisions to prevent investigations from happening in the future.”

Outside of work hours, Neil likes spending time with family and friends, including his wife and young son. He enjoys personal fitness and plans to run a marathon soon. To combine his love of sports and travel, Neil goes “on yearly NFL sports trips visiting teams in different cities across the US with a goal to see a game in all stadiums.”
